Good morning everyone!

Yesterday after my sports nutrition class I went to the cafeteria for breakfast and had a few bites of eggs and bacon. I then went to my second class, lifespan nutrition. For a snack I ate an orange, since breakfast wasn’t very filling.

Lunch was mini mozzarella sticks. Yes, enjoy that greasy goodness.

I had my meeting with coach  and we are working out a training plan for me. I couldn’t be more excited!!!

I went for a 4 mile run:

mile 1: 8:16
mile 2: 8:47
mile 3: 8:48
mile 4: 8:08

and had a luna bar afterwards.

Dinner was a corn dog and onion rings.

Today’s agenda is as follows:

11-11:50 American History II

lunch

relax

run 6 miles

relax  and dinner
