Tuesday!


Breakfast:

I had a peanut butter bagel but without the chocolate chips. I forgot to take a picture, but here is what it would’ve looked like!

Snack:

Lunch:

Newman’s Own Organics Pretzels, so tasty!

Running:

Had a tempo run today. Did 1 mile warmup then 1 minute easy, 1 minute hard, 1 min easy, 2 min hard, 1 min easy, 3 min hard, 1 min easy, 4 min hard, 1 min easy, 4 min hard, 1 min easy, 3 min hard, 1 min easy, 2 min hard, 1 min easy, 1 min hard. Then did a .5 mile cooldown.

mile 1(warmup): 8:21
mile 2: 8:02
mile 3: 7:48
mile 4: 7:30
mile 5(.5 of this was cooldown): 7:53

Agenda:

Alex and I have been studying for our history test tomorrow and will continue to do so the rest of the night
