Sorry, it’s been an insanely long time since I’ve updated. I have my second 10k this saturday and I’m hoping to break 50 minutes. 50 minutes would be an 8:03 mile pace.
This week’s running:
Tuesday: 4 miles
Wednesday: 4.1 miles
Friday I will run around 2 miles and Saturday I have my 10k. I don’t want to run too many miles this week because I have only hit 20 miles once so far for the week and I don’t want to go too far over 20.
Sunday I will run 3 miles.
Tonight alex and I went to olive garden and it was a sooo delicious.
The appetizer was the Grilled Chicken Flatbread
Then I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and alex got the chicken alfredo pizza. So good.
Amanda and I are watching Legally Blonde because we got tired of studying. 🙂
