I took a screenshot of some of the excel spreadsheet to show the randomized of everyone’s multiple entries. I figured it was more fair this way to shuffle up everyone’s multiple entries and then do random.org, that way someone with 7 entries doesn’t have a huge chunk altogether.

As you can see starting with may 24th was my first week of training again. I am now on my way to building for cross country season. The other weeks before were just recovery from the half marathon and maintaining my fitness.
